Install Motorola RAZR Drivers in Windows 7 (WITH USB CORD DISCONNECTED)

Plug phone into PC, go to Phone Settings:

Under DEVELOPER OPTIONS Turn on USB DEBUGGING on your phone

Select USB MTP Mode
Or, Under TETHERING & MOBILE HOTSPOT Turn on USB tethering 
(you should not see any drive letters for your phone storage in Windows "My Computer")

Under SECURITY check UNKNOWN SOURCES

Now, Simply unzip "EPRJ_EasyRootICS_MultiOS_v1.0.zip" to a folder on your desktop

And in that folder, run "EasyRootICS_Windows.bat"  your phone will reboot 3 or 4 times.  it's normal.

CONGRATULATIONS, YOU SHOULD BE ROOTED!
